Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Stay Dilse Indian, we understand that travel plans may change. To accommodate our guests while ensuring smooth operations, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:

1. Booking Cancellation & Rescheduling

We do not offer refunds for confirmed bookings. However, guests may be eligible to reschedule their booking, subject to the following conditions:

→ Cancellation requests must be communicated to us at least 4 (four) days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

→ Eligible bookings may be postponed to a weekday stay (Monday to Friday only), subject to availability.

→ The rescheduled booking must be utilized within 2 (two) months from the original cancellation date.

→ Rescheduling is subject to room/property availability and confirmation from our team.

2. Non-Eligible Cancellations

→ Cancellation requests received less than 4 days before the scheduled check-in date will not qualify for rescheduling or refund.

→ Failure to arrive on the check-in date ("No Show") will result in forfeiture of the booking amount.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:

→Government-imposed restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events that make travel or property operations impossible.

→Booking errors, date-related miscommunication, or operational issues arising solely from our end.

In such cases, the refund amount and processing timeline will be determined after review by our management team.

4. Policy Changes

Stay Dilse Indian reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
