1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment. A booking confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp, email, or other agreed communication channels.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice.
The applicable price will be the price confirmed at the time of booking.
Full or partial advance payment may be required to secure a reservation.
Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled before check-out.
3. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
Respect the property, staff, and neighboring guests.
Comply with property rules and regulations.
Avoid any unlawful, disruptive, or inappropriate activities.
Be responsible for any damage caused to the property by themselves or members of their group
Any damage to the property may result in additional charges.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in and check-out timings may vary depending on the property booked. Guests are requested to follow the timings communicated at the time of booking. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Booking amounts are generally non-refundable.
Guests may reschedule their booking to available weekdays (Monday to Friday) within two months of the original booking date.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least four (4) days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Rescheduling is subject to property availability.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:
Major unforeseen events affecting travel or operations.
Errors or booking-related miscommunication from our side.
Any approved refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Property Availability
While we make every effort to ensure availability, Stay DilSeIndian reserves the right to offer an alternative property of similar standard or provide a suitable resolution in the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting the booked property.
7. Third-Party Properties
Stay DilSeIndian acts as a booking and promotional platform for partner properties. Property-specific amenities, services, and rules may vary. Guests are advised to review property details before confirming a reservation.
8. Limitation of Liability
Stay DilSeIndian shall not be held responsible for:
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring during the stay.
Delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Guests use the facilities and amenities at their own risk.
9. Website Usage
Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful content, or engage in activities that may disrupt the operation of the website.
10. Changes to Terms
